    Exhibitors can put their company name, services and products in front of attendees before the APCO 2011 event doors open this August. With the You Are Here interactive map and show directory system, attendees can roam the show floor online at www.apco2011.org. Attendees can now search for exhibitors by categories or specific companies, use wayfinding to locate their booth and create an event itinerary, all with the click of a mouse.

 
During the Conference:

    APCO TV will be the onsite conference television channel and will be featuring a new episode daily on plasma screens around the venue, as well as on a dedicated television channel in guest hotel rooms.This venture serves to raise the visibility of the hard work of the public safety communications community, and to provide an opportunity to learn about new and ongoing initiatives that are making a difference.
    Each daily program has two features: "Thought Leadership" and "Conference News." Thought Leadership pieces are five-minute sponsored film segments highlighting programs, case studies and best practices from in the field of sustainable development.  Conference News is a daily program of conference highlights, featuring "behind the scenes" interviews, coverage of conference events, and reactions to the day from attending delegates.
  • Archway Double-Sided Banner – $4,000 (4 available)
    Create a Powerful Connection with each attendee by placing your company front and center! Spread your message on an 5 X 20 Archway Banner that greets attendees as they enter APCO registration area inside the PA Convention Center and exit towards the Headquarter Hotel (Marriott and two (2) others).  This area is a high traffic area with visibility that provides a first and last impression! 
  • Digital Signage – Price:  15 seconds - $2,500 or 30 seconds - $5,000
     Capture the attention of attendees and increase your exposure at this year’s APCO Conference & Expo.  How you ask?  When your organization participates in a 15 or 30 second “advertisement spotlight,” attendees will view your infomercial in prominent areas selected by APCO using the digital signage throughout areas of the PA Convention Center.  The advertisement spotlight runs twice an hour each day of the conference.  Companies may promote their brand awareness, outshine your competition, & much more.  
  • Floor Decal – $2,000
    Increase your visibility where attendees walk daily, remind attendees how and where to locate you inside the exhibit hall by sponsoring a floor decal.  Floor decal will be located outside the exhibit hall leading the way for attendees from the Headquartered Hotel (Marriott and two (2) others) through the Grand Hall to the PA Convention Center. The floor decal will display your companies’ logo and booth number.  
  • Floor Decal and Archway Banner Package - $5,000

    As the doors to the 2011 show close, measurable promotional opportunities for exhibitors will remain open.  After connecting exhibitors and attendees through the You Are Here applications, APCO 2011 will also provide exhibitors with a complete detailed reporting and analysis of the show. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to view their sponsorship reports online anytime after the show.
