How to exhibit:

  1. View the exhibit hall floor plan and determine your first, second and third booth locations.
  2. You may reserve your booth by clicking the space application button on the right.
  3. Complete the exhibitor contract and sign the signature page of the Rules and Regulations, fax both documents to 770.874.1968 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Booth space costs are:

  • $23.00 per square foot through October 31, 2010
  • $24.50 between November 1, 2010 – February 28th, 2011  - EXTENDED to March 31st
  • $26.00 after March 1, 2011 - April 1st

(cost equals total square feet (10 x 10 = 100 sq. ft.) for booth space x rate)

What is inlcuded in your booth space:

  • 8' high draped back wall
  • 3' high draped side rail
  • 7" x 44" black and white identification sign with booth number
  • Carpeted aisles in exhibit hall
  • Aisle cleaning
  • Two (2) complimentary Exhibitor badges per 10 x 10 (100 sq. ft)
  • Free admission to non-ticketed events
  • Company description and product category listing in APCO International Program Guide
  • Company description and product category listing on website
  • Company description and product category listing on the onsite You Are Here Interactive Event Map & Directory
