  • Groups with 10 or more, cut-off deadline date is June 3, 2011.  When making a room block as an individual, the cut-off date is July 15, 2011.

  • The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is connected to the PACC.

  • This information does not carry over as APCO is not responsible for maintaining a company’s description each year.

 

Whose information should I list in the 50-Word description?

  • This information is at the discretion of the exhibiting company. It’s recommended that you update this information with the appropriate Sales & Marketing contact.

 

Can I rent a pre & post show attendee list?

  • A pre & post show attendee list can be rented through the APCO Exhibitor Online Manual for a one-time use.  This list includes only mailing information, no fax, phone or email addresses and is received electronically in an Excel file.

Can I have an off-site event during APCO scheduled events?

  • Any social function or special event planned by an exhibiting company and taking place during the Event MUST BE APPROVED BY SHOW MANAGEMENT and must not conflict with the event schedule. Show Management reserves the right to limit or terminate any demonstration, hospitality, seminar or other such function if it violates exposition or conference rules.

 

Can I use the APCO Conference logo on my promotional materials?

  • Exhibitor shall not use the APCO name, trademarks, logos or other indicators to infer that APCO recommends or endorses any product or service.  Use of the APCO name and/or logo or conference name and/or logo for promotion by an exhibiting company before, during and after an APCO Conference & Exposition is granted only with the permission of the Show Management. You may obtain a Logo Request Form by contacting the conference department.

 

When can I set-up/install my booth(s) properties?

  • Thursday, August 4th is the official installation/move-in date for Island and mobile unit exhibitors.  Exhibitors with inline booths first official installation/set-up is Friday, August 5th. All booths must be set on Saturday, August 6th by 5:00 pm.  See the exhibitor schedule for additional install and dismantle information.

 

What time can exhibitor access the exhibit hall during show hours?

  • Exhibitors may access the exhibit hall one (1) hour before the show opens, as well exit the exhibit hall within one (1) hour of closing daily.

 

What happens if I tear down my booth(s) before the exhibit hall is officially closed?  

  • As an exhibitor, this action will result in penalties including but not limited to the loss of priority points towards next year. 

 

Are helium balloons and popcorn allowed in the exhibit hall.

  • Due to the additional fees that occur if popcorn or balloons are mishandled APCO does not allow these items to be displayed in booths.

What is included in my booth space?

  • 8’ high back wall drape, 3’ high side rail, 1 – 7” x 44” Exhibitor ID Sign (black & white), daily aisle carpet cleaning, two (2) exhibitor registrations per 10 x 10, 50 – word company description and product categories listed in the Program Guide and the onsite MarketArt You Are Here Interactive Directory.

  

 

What is the total number of exclusive exhibit hall hours?

  • There are a total of 8.5 exclusive exhibit hall hours.
